Swix PRO series of waxes have no fluorocarbons and are compliant with FIS regulations. Marathon is a hard and extra durable glide wax with an additive for long distance racing. It comes in a White (fresh snow) and a Black (dirty, contaminated snow). The additive reduces friction against dirt particles. This series of waxes is not temperature specific and will work in all temperatures, although it works best in warmer conditions.

Marathon Black can be ironed in at 155C but works really well applied cold with roto wool. We have tested this wax and found it is excellent as a support for other fleeced layers of wax and liquid top coats.
